By creating an account, making a booking, or accessing our Services—including tutoring and courses—you agree to comply with these Terms. If you’re registering on behalf of a student (as a parent or guardian), you are also responsible for ensuring the student follows these terms.
3. Changes to the Terms
Agora Education may revise these Terms occasionally. If changes are significant, we’ll notify you by email and give you the option to object. If you don’t object and continue using the Services within 30 days, you’ll be considered to have accepted the revised Terms. The latest version is always available on our website.

Booking: A confirmed order for either tutoring hours (Package) or group sessions (Course).

Course: A scheduled set of group sessions (workshops, revision sessions, etc.).

Tier: The experience level of a Tutor.

Student: The learner for whom Services are booked.
5. Using Our Services

Account Setup: You must be 18+ or have authority to act for the Student.

Bookings: Orders are finalized upon email confirmation. Session times for Courses may change with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Tutoring: After booking a Package, we assign a Tutor within five working days. You must respond to the Tutor promptly to avoid losing session time.

Courses: Once confirmed, you will receive session invites. Missed sessions aren’t refundable.
6. Payment Terms

Pricing: All fees are visible on our website and include taxes if applicable.

Packages: Pay in full at booking. Hours must be used within the validity period.

Courses: May require a deposit with the balance due 14 days before the first session.

Cancellations: Notify us 24 hours ahead to avoid being charged for Tutor Sessions. Course Sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion.

Payments: All transactions are securely processed via Stripe. We don’t store your payment information.
7. Term & Termination

These Terms begin when you create an Account.

For Packages, the Terms last up to 12 months or until all hours are used.

For Courses, they remain active until the final scheduled session.

We can terminate services with 24 hours’ notice for non-payment or breach of terms.
8. Liability

Delays: If delays occur (not caused by you), you may request completion or compensation.

Third Parties: We aren’t liable for external service providers.

General: We only accept responsibility for foreseeable losses and don’t cover indirect or special damages.
9. Right to Withdraw

You may cancel your order within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

If a service has already been partially delivered, we may reduce the refund accordingly.

Some items, like digital downloads, are non-refundable once access begins.
